The answer is.... anything.
Pocket note, is easy to carry anywhere you want.
Tissue paper, can be usefull while you haven't any paper to write. Because you've never want to loose your sudden inspiration.
Book, more effective because you can write many things.
Cell phone, good choice because it is something you can't left behind.
Notebook, best media to save, create, and manage things.

An actual news... is always good to follow. There are so much inspiration to get. You're allow to create everything. You've been free to represent your way of writting. Get the new one to inspire your imagination. Write down anything that's come in your mind as soon as possible.
